The Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information (ZPID) has joined the European Association for Data Science (EuADS)1. EuADS is a network of experts of data providers and users and aims to bring stakeholders of data science together.
»Since our work is about managing bibliographic information and research data, we have gladly become a member of EuADS«, said ZPID director Michael Bosnjak.
EuADS is co-organizer of the European Conference on Data Analysis, which has just taken place in Wroclaw, Poland. ZPID employee Tanja Burgard attended the event, made new contacts and came across several topics of interest to ZPID: »Text and data mining, automated indexing of bibliographic metadata and Big Data are just a few keywords.«
